SRQ WOMEN’S EXPO AGENDA

We are honored and excited that you are joining us for the upcoming SRQ Women’s Expo!

Below are some important details for the event.

Date: July 27, 2025 

Location: Grove Ballroom

Address: 10670 Boardwalk Loop, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202

Day Of Schedule:

• Load in: 8:00 am:

  • Set up and enter through the back entrance at the Grove.

  • Check-in with the front ballroom doors entrance.

  • You can arrive to set up your space. If you want to set up your area and come back later on that’s fine, however, please keep in mind that we will be there, but are not responsible for anyone’s setup or items in their area.

  • Set up must be done by 10:00 am sharp.

•  11:30 am: Doors are open to attendees.

•  12:30  pm lunch & learn panel discussion

•  2:00 pm:  2 minute commercial begins on stage

•  3:00 pm:  Attendees can enjoy their services throughout the expo floor

•  5:00 pm Raffle winner will be announced

•  6:00 pm: Must be packed up with expo & ballroom cleared

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• We are not providing a cart to assist with setup

• Please drop gift basket items off at the front registration area after you finish loading in your expo materials

• We recommend that you bring items to pass out to attendees - we suggest bringing 400 in quantity

• If you are using our childcare area, please send the name of your child and age

• If you are offering services at the expo, please email info@srqwomensexpo.com the services you will be providing and at what price point. We need to list what is available to book for attendees at registration

• If you are bringing an additional attendee to help at your booth, they must be registered by emailing names to info@srqwomensexpo.com Subject with business name & vendor worker name
