Julianna Strout

Founder & CEO

Julianna Strout is a dynamic and accomplished leader whose impact spans the worlds of pageantry, public service, entrepreneurship, and motherhood. Originally from Rhode Island, Julianna first rose to prominence as Miss Rhode Island, where she used her platform to advocate for charitable causes, embodying grace, intelligence, and a deep-rooted passion for service.

As a devoted mother to her daughter Vivian, Julianna’s personal journey has been a driving force behind her professional mission. Fueled by the challenges and triumphs of motherhood, she founded the SRQ Women’s Expo—an empowering event that celebrates women, fosters meaningful connections, and provides resources to support women in balancing family and professional life. Her vision has led to over 150 businesses being showcased and the creation of flexible roles for more than 25 mothers.

Julianna’s commitment to community continued through her service as a City Commissioner, where she played a key role in advancing local initiatives and addressing the needs of her constituents. Her efforts in civic leadership and community development have been marked by compassion, innovation, and a tireless drive to uplift others.

Her contributions have not gone unnoticed—Julianna was recognized as one of the 40 Under 40 by the Florida Business Observer, and honored with the Next Gen Community Impact Award by the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, celebrating her outstanding leadership and influence across sectors.

From the Miss Rhode Island crown to the corridors of local government, from entrepreneur to advocate for working mothers, Julianna Strout continues to lead with heart, resilience, and a powerful commitment to building a more inclusive and supportive community for all.

With her background in medical aesthetics and fitness, Jamie values empowering women to look and feel their very best. She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of holistic health and wellness to create a positive and happy life.

    Operations Team

    With a professional foundation built on leadership, customer service, and operational excellence, Thomasita brings a wealth of experience from her roles as a director in the health and wellness sector, human resources, and family business. Her career reflects not only service excellence but also care, and commitment to others.

    Passionate about building meaningful connections, she’s guided by the principle “iron sharpens iron,” — and the strength that comes from surrounding yourself with other positive, purpose-driven women—staying true to oneself and offering support through every season of life.

    Rooted deeply in family and faith, she has held numerous leadership roles that reflect her heart for service and community from leading as a PTO President, hospitality in Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), and serving within her church. She brings that same authenticity and unwavering commitment to the SRQ Women’s Expo—showing up with intention, grace, and the same spirit – uplifting women, building community, and leading with authenticity.

    Luda Demchuk is a wife and a proud mother of three. A passionate entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of Style Sapphire, an online fashion retailer dedicated to helping women feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Luda’s work is driven by her love for people and her belief in the power of connection. A strong advocate for women in business, Luda is a proud proponent of collaboration over competition. She forms strategic partnerships with female-founded brands, using collaboration to drive growth, enhance visibility, and build community.
    With a passion for fashion and people, a purpose-driven vision, Luda is redefining what it means to lead with style—empowering women not only to dress with confidence, but to live boldly and support one another along the way.

    Operations Team

    Sarah Cannon is a Florida native and dedicated mother of two with over a decade of experience in healthcare and aesthetics. As the General Manager of Elase Med Spa, she blends her clinical background with a deep commitment to helping women feel confident, beautiful, and empowered. Sarah is actively involved in the Sarasota community, where she focuses on building meaningful relationships through local networking and business development. She is also a passionate advocate for the Arthritis Foundation, supporting both adults and children affected by the condition. Driven by a heart for service and a belief that true beauty starts from within, Sarah strives to uplift and support women in every stage of life.
